Targeted GBS
The NuGEN Allegro system offers a flexible probe design for any species to target hundreds of thousands of SNPs of interest in a single assay to deliver scalable, cost-effective targeted genotyping using next-generation sequencing. Our service includes the design of custom probes, kit ordering (5K, 10K, and 50K assay kits available), processing, and sequencing.
